To Continue Or Not To Continue

I think I've fallen out of love with blogging. I used to love it so much. Then, a crazy guy decided to send me disgusting messages all the time. I had to switch domain names and start all over. Since then, I have felt victimized. I should not have to put up with sick comments from a disgusting guy.

Since this has happened, I lost 90% of my site traffic, have lost monthly revenue and blogging now feels like a chore and I feel really creeped out because I think the creep has found this blog.

I don't know if I'm going to continue or not. I'm going to think about it and will let you all know either way.

I love my normal, sane readers. This guy just sucked all the fun out of it for me.

Eggs Three Ways

My favorite way to eat eggs is sunny side up. Since I was small, I have only eaten eggs this way and I only eat the whites. I'm not quite sure why.

Recipe:

1 or more eggs

Directions:

Use a non stick pan. Warm pan on medium heat for 5 minutes. Crack egg and cook on medium until bubbles start to form on the egg. Garnish with salt and pepper if desired.

Trying to shake up my mornings, I decided to try scrambled eggs for the first time in my life. I didn't like them but they tasted okay.

Recipe:

2 eggs
2 tbs cream

Directions:

Crack eggs in to bowl. Add cream. Whisk together very well. Pour mixture in to a non stick frying pan. Continue stirring the eggs as they cook. Once scrambled and cooked throughout serve.

Another egg recipe attempt went well. I tried an omelet for the first time ever. I made a ham omelet care of a recipe I discovered on Yahoo.

Recipe:

2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Smoked Ham, chopped
1 teaspoon thin green onion slices
1 dash pepper
1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
  1. Beat eggs and milk in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add ham, onion and pepper; mix well.
  2. Spray 8-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into skillet; cover. Cook on medium-high heat 6 minutes or until egg mixture is set but top is still moist.
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly onto half of omelet. Using spatula, fold egg mixture over filling; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 1 minute. Cut in half to serve.
I always have to eat my eggs with toast squares. It's just toast cut in to squares but it always tastes so much better this way.

Tacos

A fun night with the kiddos usually includes tacos because they love making them. I think it makes them feel special because they can "cook" their own meal.

1 box taco shells
1 pkg lean ground beef
1 pkg taco spice mix
1 white onion
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 green pepper
1 roma tomato
1 cup salsa

Cook ground beef and drain. Add taco spice mix as per directions. Chop veggies. Assemble tacos to liking.

Creamy Tomato Soup

I love tomato soup, especially when it's served with grilled cheese. I found this recipe on allrecipes. I cut the recipe in half as it makes a lot of soup.

14 quarts ripe tomatoes, chopped
7 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 bay leaves
1/4 cup salt
3/8 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Place tomatoes, onions, celery, parsley and bay leaves in a large pot and cook, covered, on low heat for 1 to 2 hours, until quite soft and fragrant.
